DGS Property Management offers Property Management and Rental Services in Dalaman, Göcek, Saręgerme and the surrounding areas. We have strong ties with local business and can also provide Car Rental, Transfers and Excursions from our associated businesses. DGS prides itself on offering a professional and committed service to all our customers and can provide a range of services to match your exact needs.
To make life easier we have put together a number of packages designed to meet the needs of most customers, however we are flexible and can alter packages to meet your exact needs. Our base package includes all that you would expect such as key holding, airing of the property, security checks, checks after bad weather as well as arranging bill payments and insurances. Our enhanced package also includes regular cleaning, gardening and optional pool maintenance, mail collection and site or residential meeting attendance. We can also include rental management and changeover cleaning for those who require it.
